Tehama County Library is excited to announce our End of Summer Celebration.
This will take place on 8/8/2025 from 10am-12pm at the Red Bluff Library.
The library will have 400 backpacks filled with school supplies to distribute. These will be given out on a first come basis. The library will begin distributing wristbands for backpacks starting at 9am on 8/8/2025.
There will also be community resources and crafts featured during this event.
How can you help?
Tehama County Library is looking for:
• People to volunteer to help at craft stations
• Local service providers who want to set up either an indoor or outdoor outreach table to share information with families
• Pop-ups to borrow
• Donations of backpacks and school supplies, or money to purchase those items. All money donations must be given to any of our friends’ groups.
• Volunteers in the weeks leading up to the event to deliver flyers around the county, stuff backpacks, prepare food, prep craft projects.
